I have never had to organise a funeral before, I didn't know where to start and felt quite panicked by it all. I spoke to Kevin initially who was so reassuring and helpful, then later, his wife Pat who was so warm and friendly. They totally took the burden off us, answered all our daft questions and requests. I would recommend them to anyone and their prices are very reasonable, it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg to be lovely.
